Bird Photographer of the Year 2021

[아이디어 래빗] 'Bird Photographer of the Year 2021'의 결선 진출작이 공개되었다. 올해로 6회를 맞이한 본 사진 대회는 세계 최고의 '조류(Bird)' 사진을 선출하는 콘테스트로 진행되었다.

이번 사진 대회에서는 전 세계 73개국의 22,000개 작품이 출품되어 치열한 경쟁을 벌였다. 최종 수상자에게는 £5,000(한국 돈 약 781만 원)의 상금이 수여된다.

'BPOTY'는 자연 생태계와 조류에 관한 관심을 높이고, 보호 프로젝트를 지원하는 목적으로 매해 개최되고 있다. 작년에는 쿠웨이트 출신 사진작가 'Majed Alza'abi'의 출품작 'End of the Day'이 올해의 사진에 선정된 바 있다.
